Welcome

I'm writing to all but especially to those who maybe have lost "faith", either in God, a Man, the Church, or even the Messiah. In my Master's program I've been studying the effects of the church and others to hinder the teaching of Hebrew as a foreign language (and other educational areas) (it is called a bias against something) and the corresponding rise in stupidity among the flocks. We now have large numbers of people who are disenfranchised and fearful and angry and don't know where to turn or where to go for the truth that they feel or know in their hearts. Many of you have left the church because of your experiences. Do not be disheartened or fearful. I will be addressing many different subjects but I will start from the beginning, for without it, even the proper meaning of the 1st word in the Bible, you will wind up in serious error. God's Blessings upon all of you who read this and upon myself as I communicate what God has blessed me with.

I'm 57, married with 3 girls and a granddaughter, and have a BS from UT and I am completing my Masters this spring 2014 with over 270 graduate hours in Biblical and Hebrew Studies, Classical Greek, Aramaic, Jewish studies and a wide variety of additional corresponding studies in the Sciences. I've been ordained since 1984 and am the Pastor of Joppa Church at 8425 CR 210 in Bertram Texas. My father has his PhD. in Hebrew Studies from UT and many of my friends also have their degrees in Hebrew and Greek. I run an environmental consulting firm, do home remodeling / contracting on occasion. I've started the Center For Bible and Business to be a clearing house for true information concerning Business practices in the world and how the Bibles relates to them. I love Mopar Classics and the outdoors, fishing and hunting, music and movies.
